For the MATH4480 final project, trained a three-layer neural network on a poker hand dataset to 99.48% overall accuracy, then diagnosed why flush accuracy collapsed to 5.41%: the data encodes each card as separate suit and rank values, leaving flushes reliant on the weaker suit signal.
